Collection of the camper-van will be from our storage location in Witney Oxfordshire. Collection times are from 3pm – 5 pm. Drop off times are between 8.30am – 11am. Please let us know if you are running late as the vehicle will be going back out the same day to another customer, so we need to allow plenty of time to turn the van around for someone else’s holiday. A late return fee will be issued for late returns. We can recommend local campsites if you wish to book so you are in the area ready for your drop off.
The camper-vans are equipped with all you need, cutlery, crockery and camping essentials ( please see what’s included for a full break down). We hope we have thought of everything. You will need to bring your towels & bedding (although these can be hired from us), so you just need your creature comforts. Useful items to bring are recyclable bags for rubbish, baby wipes, a pack of playing cards and other entertainment. Try to pack your clothes in soft holdalls or recyclable bags this will save on space in the camper-van.
We will require the following documents from you to hire the van:
- Driving licence front and back.
- 2 forms of address identification (bank statements, utility bill) & a credit card bill both dated within 3 months. Passports are not accepted as they don’t show your address.
- Credit/debit card for deposit.
Please note we will not be able to hand over the camper-van keys until all documents are checked, so please do this in advance to prevent any delay. We will email you ahead of your pick up day to make sure all documents are in place.
The camper-vans run off diesel, the van will be provided with a full tank, please return the van with a full tank. Cooking gas does not need to be refilled.
The camper-van will be supplied with a hook up cable that can be connected to the hook up point at the campsite. The camper-van also has a utility battery that charges while you are driving, this will supply enough power to charge your devices via the usb sockets, and give power to your fridge, water pump and lights. If you are staying somewhere with no hook up you can go “off grid”, as the van has a solar panel, that will charge a utility battery.
Smoking is prohibited and illegal in all of our camper-vans. If evidence is found of smoking, then an extra cleaning charge will be applied and this will be taken from your security deposit.

Pets are welcome, but there is an additional cleaning charge of £30 that will be charged as an extra. Please select that you would like to take your pet at the time of booking.
Our camper-van has 5 seat belts, sleeps 4 people. 2 adults sleep downstairs on the rock & roll bed, 2 children or 1 x adult can sleep upstairs in the bed under the roof elevation.
The UK has plenty of places to stay and there are lots of app’s to search through like pitchup.com, park4night, searchforsights. We are a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club privilege scheme. This means you can stay at their participation club sites at discounted rates. We believe in looking after the countryside, so please leave your campsite tidy and take all your rubbish with you.
We have unlimited milage, so feel free to explore the beautiful countryside. All we ask is that you return the van in plenty of time within the drop off window. Then the next hirers after you can leave for their adventure on time. Late return can result in extra charges.
We have drive away awnings for hire, which can be detached from the camper-van and left in place while you are out for the day. The awning expands your living space, gives you extra space to store your equipment and can also offers extra sleeping space.
Drivers must be within the age of 25 – 75, hold a full driving licence for more than 2 years, with no more than 2 convictions and no more than 3 points per conviction (maximum of 6 points). Additional driver can be added at an extra cost. Our van is a diesel manual T6.1 VW Transporter
